Job Introduction
**We are looking for a Receptionist to join Rapport and be part of one of our innovative and creative Front of House teams at one of our most prestigious client sites in Edinburgh. **The offices are situated in the heart of the city and where you will enjoy the most stunning views of Edinburgh from every window. You will be part of a small, dedicated team who are focused on providing excellent customer service.

**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility to cover evening functions._**

**Main responsibilities**
- Providing excellent service to clients and customers, ensuring all duties are carried out to the highest standard
- Making the client’s arrival journey seamless and memorable through engagement and innovation
- Adhering to the Rapport standards when acknowledging and greeting internal and external clients, guests, and visitors
- Welcoming and escorting guests to meeting rooms, taking coats and luggage as required
- Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
- Assisting with separate registration desks for functions and all aspects of event preparation through to successful delivery as required
- Working collectively with service partners to achieve a one team approach

- Ideally have at least 1 year of customer service experience within a 5* development or corporate background
