About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships with numerous intermediaries within your allocated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and develop relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets
  • Support Business Development Managers with all mortgage and loan case management for broker partners and accounts
  • Identify appropriate firms to work with regional Business Development Managers
  • Ensure any reports/CRM system is kept up to date, recording discussions and activities
  • Ensure products are front of mind and that all intermediaries are updated on new products and features
  • Speak with introducers and handle new business queries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales is highly desirable
  • Experience in 2nd charge or residential lending is essential
  • Ability to build successful relationships
  • Ability to multi-task to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
  • Confidence to pursue leads and overcome objections
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to succeed
