Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Telesales Executive to make proactive outbound calls to both qualified prospects and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for telesales, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the phone, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Proactive Outbound Calls: Make regular calls to both qualified prospects and existing customers to generate new business and re-engage past customers.
- Maintain Customer Information: Update and maintain customer and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to generate new business and elicit enquiries.
- Develop Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to address customer needs effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
- Work with Internal Sales Team: Collaborate with the internal sales team to produce quotations and respond swiftly to customer enquiries.
- Record Calls: Keep detailed records and notes of calls in our CRM system for future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role.
- Results-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the phone.
- CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a results-oriented and persistent approach.
- Resilience and Patience: Resilient and patient, with the ability to handle rejection and effectively influence customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and effective teamworking skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 (OTE £37-£42K)
- Holiday Entitlement: 33 days total
