We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound telesales calls and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telesales and Business Development: Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and existing customers to generate new business and re-engage past customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively address customer needs and influence purchasing decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales team to produce quotations and respond swiftly to customer enquiries.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records and notes of calls in our CRM system for future reference.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience as a telesales executive or in a similar sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a results-oriented and persistent approach.
- CRM and Telephone Systems: Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Teamwork and Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and effective teamworking skills.
What We Offer:
Competitive Package: An attractive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 (OTE £37-£42K), plus performance-based incentives to enhance your earnings.
