About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement long-term recruiting strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and manage candidates through various channels, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Candidate Screening: Deliver full candidate screening to ensure compliance with regulations, such as the FCA.
  • Interviewing and Hiring: Advise hiring leads on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including reporting to governmental agencies and internal clients.
  • Market Rate Salary: Work with the compensation department to determine a market rate salary for each new hire.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Provide guidance and forecasting for future hiring needs and support ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Highly Organized: Excellent time management skills and ability to manage complex workloads and meet numerous deadlines.
  • Excellent People Skills: Ability to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines.
  • Background in Financial Services: A background in financial services is desirable, but not essential.
  • Recruitment Experience: Recruitment experience/knowledge would be advantageous.
