Alfred H Knight presents a remarkable opportunity for an International Talent Acquisition Consultant to become a vital part of our HR & L&D team. This team is dedicated to supporting our organization and its workforce in achieving strategic objectives by ensuring the right individuals are positioned effectively, equipped with the necessary skills. Our responsibilities encompass the formulation of employee policies and processes, alongside assisting managers and teams in implementing these practices effectively. Our scope includes the entire 'employee lifecycle', from recruitment and onboarding to training, performance enhancement, employee engagement, and the development, recognition, and reward of our personnel.

The talent acquisition division has expanded and evolved significantly, now poised to embrace a comprehensive global focus. This role will deliver end-to-end talent acquisition services and exceptional support to our international offices. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance the function by fostering and coordinating relationships with stakeholders, identifying and attracting top talent in the industry, and cultivating a robust and diverse network through advertising, networking, and headhunting. Proficiency in our existing digital HR platform (My AHK powered by Bamboohr) will be essential to ensure a seamless candidate experience while working in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record of advancement within a relevant recruitment/talent/HR function in a complex organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Experience in developing and executing apprentice and graduate recruitment initiatives.
  • Proven ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BSc Degree in HR preferred but not mandatory.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification is desirable.
  • Cert RP or Cert IHR.
