International Talent Acquisition Consultant

Alfred H Knight presents a unique opportunity for an International Talent Acquisition Consultant to become a vital part of our HR & L&D team. Our team is dedicated to supporting Alfred H Knight and its workforce in achieving our organizational goals by ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time. We oversee the creation and implementation of our employee policies and processes, while also aiding our managers and teams in executing these strategies effectively. Our responsibilities encompass the entire 'employee lifecycle', which includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement, and the development, recognition, and reward of our personnel.

The talent acquisition function has evolved significantly and is now poised for a comprehensive global expansion. This role will deliver end-to-end talent acquisition support and provide exceptional service to our international offices. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance the function by fostering and coordinating relationships with stakeholders, identifying and attracting top talent in the industry, and building a robust and diverse network through various methods including advertising, networking, and headhunting. You will also work with our existing digital HR platform, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with key partners across the organization.

Required Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured reports and presentations.

Required Work Experience

  • Proven track record of advancement within a relevant recruitment/talent/HR function in a complex or matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Experience in developing and executing apprentice and graduate recruitment programs.
  • Proven ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BSc Degree in HR preferred but not mandatory.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification is desirable.
  • Cert RP or Cert IHR is a plus.
