International Talent Acquisition Consultant

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Alfred H Knight is pleased to announce an opportunity for an International Talent Acquisition Consultant to become a vital part of our HR & L&D division. This team is dedicated to ensuring that our organization has the right talent in the right roles, equipped with the necessary skills to meet our strategic objectives. We focus on the development of comprehensive people policies and processes, and we work closely with our managers and teams to implement these effectively. Our responsibilities encompass the entire 'employee lifecycle', including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

The talent acquisition function has evolved significantly and is now poised to expand its global reach. In this role, you will provide comprehensive talent acquisition support and exceptional service to our international offices. You will collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance the function by fostering relationships with stakeholders, identifying and attracting top talent, and building a diverse network through various sourcing methods, including advertising and networking. You will also utilize our digital HR platform to ensure a seamless candidate experience while collaborating with key partners across the organization.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record in a relevant recruitment, talent, or HR role within a complex organizational structure.
  • Experience in managing projects and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Background in developing and executing apprentice and graduate recruitment initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A BA/BSc degree in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification is desirable.
  • Certification in Recruitment Practice or International HR is a plus.
