Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong track record of achieving team target goals.
    • Experience in managing a team of recruiters, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
