Job Title: Global Corporate Recruiter

Are you a proactive and innovative professional with a passion for discovering top talent? We're seeking a skilled Global Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic team at SGS.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and collaborate with stakeholders across the Business Assurance team. As a Global Corporate Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying exceptional candidates for corporate and strategic positions within our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business managers and strategic HR partners to understand SGS's business strategies and ensure your activities support growth.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Provide strategic advice to Hiring Managers during talent strategy discussions and throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • In times of heavy recruitment volume, work with leadership to prioritize recruitment needs.
  • Demonstrate a resourceful and creative approach to talent acquisition, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions to find the right talent.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for hiring managers, playing a key role in all aspects of talent attraction and acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date on TA technologies and trends, advising the Global Head of Talent Acquisition accordingly.
  • Work on dedicated TA projects, collaborating with local recruitment resources as required.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and local legislations.

Requirements:

  • University-level education or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' worth of recruitment experience, preferably in a delivery-focused RPO, MSP, in-house, or agency role.
  • Recruitment experience in the service/TIC industry or with a notified body would be advantageous.
  • Proven background in directly sourcing candidates using methods such as networking, Boolean, and x-ray searches.
  • Knowledge of social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, ResearchGate, GitHub, Xing is desirable.
  • Good IT skills and an interest in how data can help you work better.
  • Keen to learn, develop, and acquire new knowledge and techniques.
  • Curious, dedicated, and willing to learn from mistakes, providing the best level of service possible.
  • Proven interest in people and what makes them tick. Ideally, comfortable working with C and E-level stakeholders and managing their expectations.
  • Fluent in English and ability to speak other languages desirable.
  • Team player – we all stick together when times get tough.
