Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Staffing and Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment team to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our business.
  • Manage the recruitment budget to ensure that we are getting the best value for our investment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with recruitment software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
