Cavalry Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Staffing to lead our recruitment team. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in growing our team, increasing service provision, and improving the depth of support we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve KPIs and growth targets
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiencies and maximize candidate outreach
  • Manage the team through regular meetings, training, and coaching
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a Temp team in Healthcare Recruitment with a strong track record of achieving team target goals
  • Experience of growing a team, increasing the number of hours across the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to enthuse colleagues with passion for expansion, growth, and quality
  • Good commercial awareness and analytical skills
