Job Title: Director of Staffing and Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets
  • Implement new processes to improve operational efficiencies and candidate outreach
  • Manage team performance through regular meetings and training sessions
  • Develop and implement new sourcing strategies to maximize candidate engagement and retention
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a temporary staffing team in healthcare recruitment with a strong track record of achieving team target goals
  • Experience of growing a team, increasing hours, and improving service provision
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Desirable: experience with sales force automation software and commercial awareness
  • Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven individual with a passion for expansion and growth
