Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the business across multiple areas and teams, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for all HR-related positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

Requirements:
