Strategic HR Business Partner for Regional Growth

Regional HR Business Partner role to drive People and Talent strategy across 70+ locations, partnering with the Head of Operations and Operations Managers.

As a key HR professional, you'll play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of our client's team, helping them continue investing in their people. With a focus on employee relations, talent management, and data-driven insights, you'll ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Talent Agenda: Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time through talent management and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Keep the business "safe and legal" through expert management of employee relations, including providing specialist advice on employment law and ER cases.
  • People Initiatives: Own and deliver national People projects, collaborating with the People and L&D teams to bring initiatives to life and embed change.
  • Operational Partnership: Act as a key connection between Operations and the wider business, supporting leadership decision-making and challenging where necessary to ensure people-first solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse People-related trends and metrics to drive proactive action and influence stakeholders.
  • Engagement and Listening: Play a key role in listening and engagement plans, working with Operations to deliver on Employee Engagement Survey results, upskilling managers to enhance team engagement.
  • Employee Development: Support talent appointments, attend key appointments, and help operational teams identify and grow emerging talent.
  • ER Case Management: Handle high-risk ER cases, balancing operational needs with business culture, commerciality, and compliance.
  • Proven experience as a multi-site HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR IT systems, Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets and present data effectively.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel across multiple locations as needed.
  • An ambitious HR professional with the potential to grow and develop with a passion for people.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven individual who is confident in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
