What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Role as an HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner at HMP Altcourse, you will be both a strategic architect of people solutions and a catalyst for positive change. Your role involves partnering with senior business leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions that maximise team performance and foster a culture of inclusivity. You'll play a pivotal part in regional transformation projects, ensuring that our HR strategies are not only aligned with business goals but also prepare the prison for future success.

You'll be responsible for overseeing a diverse HR team, providing leadership and direction to ensure effective people management across the prison. This includes enhancing leadership and senior management's awareness of HR processes and systems, leading to improved business performance. You'll also focus on data-driven decision-making, using insights to implement measurable actions that improve processes and outcomes.
