About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Sodexo. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving and delivering HR solutions that maximise team performance and foster a culture of inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive and deliver HR solutions that align with business goals.
  • Oversee a diverse HR team, providing leadership and direction to ensure effective people management across the prison.
  • Enhance leadership and senior management's awareness of HR processes and systems, leading to improved business performance.
  • Focus on data-driven decision-making, using insights to implement measurable actions that improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Substantial HR generalist experience.
  • Proven organisational development and design experience, with a strong focus on change processes, including both collective and individual consultation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence with integrity.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in business partnering at a senior level within a matrix organisation.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable people plans, with excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
