This exciting opportunity will play a pivotal role in helping the organization deliver strategic objectives, which in turn will enable the charity to provide first-class care and positively enhance people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of corporate change programs, including organizational restructures, change processes, TUPE, mergers, or acquisitions.
  • Deliver a comprehensive and professional HR partnering approach to corporate staff and leaders, ensuring high standards of advice and performance.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, or the assessment of risk on complex employee relations issues, including Tribunals, and access external professional advice as necessary.
  • Support the HR Manager and Head of HR in implementing and embedding the HR strategy within the business.
