HR Business Partner Opportunity

Medlock Partners Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the HR function, you will provide strategic HR support to the organization, driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of corporate change programs, including organizational restructures, TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, including Tribunals, and access external professional advice as needed.
  • Liaise with and support a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate staff and leaders.
  • Support the HR Manager and Head of HR in implementing and embedding the HR strategy within the business.
  • Apply due diligence on all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on strategic HR support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
