HR Business Partner Opportunity

Medlock Partners is partnering with a leading Health and Social Care provider to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive HR partnering service to a wide range of stakeholders, supporting the delivery of corporate change programmes and implementing the HR strategy within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of corporate change programmes, including organisational restructures, TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Deliver a comprehensive and professional HR partnering approach to corporate staff and leaders, ensuring high standards of advice and performance.
  • Provide expert advice, guidance, or the assessment of risk on complex employee relations issues, including Tribunals, accessing external professional advice as and when necessary.
  • Support the HR Manager and Head of HR in implementing and embedding the HR strategy within the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with experience in delivering HR partnering services and supporting corporate change programmes.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues.
