Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

Medlock Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic HR support to our clients, helping them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of corporate change programs, including organizational restructures, TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, including Tribunals.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of the HR strategy within the business.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
