Join our esteemed team of pediatric research nurses who provide exceptional care to young patients involved in clinical trials across our renowned research facilities. Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will deliver high-quality, family-centered clinical care to children and their families engaged in research initiatives. Under the guidance of the Senior Research Nursing Team, you will assist in the daily operations of various research programs spanning multiple specialties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting participants for studies
- Facilitating the informed consent process
- Administering clinical interventions as outlined in study protocols
- Monitoring and responding to potential side effects
- Ensuring accurate data collection and submission in accordance with research regulations
This position requires a commitment of four days per week, with shifts from 8 AM to 6 PM, which may include evenings, nights, and weekends based on study needs.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- NMC Registered Nursing Associate status
- A Nursing Associate Foundation degree qualification
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge and Experience
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- An understanding of the Nursing Associate role within the healthcare team
- Familiarity with NMC professional standards and the importance of adherence to procedures
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- The ability to evaluate personal strengths and development needs
