Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Clinical Research Agreements Manager to join our committed legal team.

The Clinical Research Agreements Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the examination, formulation, and negotiation of various contracts, including but not limited to master service agreements, standalone contracts, clinical trial agreements (with a focus on APBI mCTA's), and contractor agreements. This position also involves providing legal guidance to the legal department and its internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements related to clinical research.
  • Support the legal team in delivering comprehensive legal assistance to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• A degree in Law and relevant legal experience.
• Background in the pharmaceutical sector or life sciences, particularly in research and development on a global scale.
• Familiarity with ABPI model clinical trial agreements.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation capabilities, especially in the context of clinical trials and services.
• Strong understanding of ICH GCP and Data Protection regulations.
• Ability to articulate complex legal concepts and risks in a manner that is accessible to non-legal colleagues.
• Flexibility to adapt and prioritize workloads based on organizational needs.

Work Environment:
The position is primarily remote, with occasional requirements for on-site attendance as necessary.
