About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct audits of studies, systems, and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Design and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our operations remain compliant and best-in-class.
  • Manage and resolve quality issues and deviations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
  • Host and assist with external sponsor and regulator audits as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in GCP-focused audits and QA activities within a CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Regulatory expertise and knowledge of industry quality systems and standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
