Strategic Account Manager for Connected Care

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to spearhead Connected Care initiatives across the UK and Nordic regions. This role involves collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to define the digital strategy for healthcare facilities, fostering market growth and managing customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Aligning sales efforts for connectivity solutions
  • Creating key messaging for digital health initiatives
  • Enhancing digital workflow processes
  • Overseeing digital project activities

Your Objectives:

  • Work alongside government relations and market access teams
  • Extract insights from the market and engage with key stakeholders
  • Update customers on the progress of digital solutions
  • Assist the procurement team in strategically addressing tenders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Health Solutions
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with executive leadership and meeting objectives
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Adept at navigating a matrixed environment and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience with budget management
  • Comprehensive understanding of national healthcare systems
