Job Description:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be tasked with managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide clients with product information and support
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar office environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident telephone manner and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
- Additional sales training or certifications are advantageous
