About the Role

Baxter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Connected Care Strategic Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our digital health portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Connected Care initiatives across various divisions in targeted strategic accounts, building productive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Identify and craft regional or account-specific digital priorities, connecting with business partners to leverage opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Harmonize and prioritize connectivity sales efforts across all Baxter businesses.
  • Develop, together with marketing, specific talking points on digital health to support various divisions.
  • Support the CC Strategic Alliance team in defining business needs and communicating identified solutions/partnerships to Baxter businesses.
  • Support the workflow specialist in identifying and developing relevant digital workflows, maximizing our suite of solutions (or through partnerships).
  • Provide a 360° overview of digital activities to Country Leads of territories included in the Cluster.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience (> 10 years) with Digital Health Solutions in Sales, National Accounts, and Bids procedure.
  • Prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Passion for exploring, locating, and proposing new business deals and commercial models.
  • Fluent in English (Fluent in any Nordic language would be advantageous).
