We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Collab Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Oversee customer accounts and develop strong, lasting relationships.
  • Seek out and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
  • Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Accurately process orders in a timely manner.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Work together with team members to support overall business objectives.
  • Keep thorough and precise records within CRM system.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confident and customer-oriented phone demeanour.
  • Proficient in office software and CRM platforms.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
