We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Collab Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Oversee customer accounts and develop strong, lasting relationships.
- Seek out and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
- Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Accurately process orders in a timely manner.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Work together with team members to support overall business objectives.
- Keep thorough and precise records within CRM system.
- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident and customer-oriented phone demeanour.
- Proficient in office software and CRM platforms.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
