Sales and Account Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and capitalize on them
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
