Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at ARC Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Requirements Gathering & Order Fulfilment: Process customer orders, capture and process customer requirements, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Financial Operations: Manage customer and internal finance processes, including pricing, invoicing, and query handling.
  • SAP: Utilize SAP financial accounting modules and financial software to manage customer and internal finance processes.
  • MS Office Suite: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Performance Management & Results Orientated: Identify, communicate, and propose solutions to customer issues, and drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Operations, or Account Management roles.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask & prioritize workflow/tasks.
  • Good IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but not essential.

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
