Orchestry Software is seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. As a leading Microsoft ISV, we develop innovative SaaS products that empower organizations to effectively manage Microsoft 365. Our vision is to revolutionize the way organizations manage their Microsoft 365 environments, and we believe that strategic partnerships are key to achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA region to drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Nurture existing partnerships to maximize their potential and achieve mutual success
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
