EMEA Partner Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Alliances & Partner Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding and profitable work for team clients via innovative and ambitious integrated content, partnership & sponsorship solutions, whilst managing a high-performing team to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports our partner marketing strategy across our practice areas, including Creative, CXM, and media.
- Own the calendar of activity across events, thought leadership, lead gen, and brand campaigns across multiple partners to support pipeline and brand building among our partners, the industry, and within our own organisation.
- Work closely with our wider EMEA marketing team and partner and alliances growth team to drive our integrated growth strategy.
- Collaborate with EMEA External comms lead to develop proactive and reactive comms and PR to support our partner practice growth strategies.
- Work with Brand marketing team to ensure appropriate brand architecture and go-to-market, and be a brand advocate for all the dentsu brands.
Requirements:
- Experience with platform partners and digital marketing experience from a vendor/agency/client perspective preferred.
- Performance and data-focused with a keen eye for creativity.
- Excellent commercial acumen and budget management experience.
- Must be a team player but also able to work with limited day-to-day supervision.
