Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager - EMEA Partners

About the Role:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our partner marketing efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global partner marketing plan to drive customer adoption of AWS's Cloud Services through our telecom partner community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute best-in-class marketing plans and programs that can be leveraged across different partner tiers to effectively drive end-customer awareness and adoption of partner solutions powered by AWS.
  2. Craft and refine our message to the telecom industry through partners and work closely with AWS telecom partners to build joint value proposition messaging and content.
  3. Build detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metric tracking.
  4. Work closely with the telecom Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and internal stakeholders to identify priorities and partner marketing initiatives and needs.
  5. Develop event strategy, success criteria, and metrics for AWS and partner joint presence in industry and partner events.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  2. Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  3. Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
  4. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  5. Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint.
