Job Title: Financial Director - EMEA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our EMEA team at Colliers International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of our business and supporting our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial guidance to the EMEA CEO and management team.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA management team to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other external partners.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including the annual FRS102 financial statements.
  • Manage the audit process, working closely with the EMEA finance team and external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
Requirements:
  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results in a dynamic growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to consider the bigger picture and the impacts to the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
