About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Janus International Europe Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Partner
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism.
    • Provide front-line support and advice to managers on the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and best practice.
    • Advise and coach managers on how to manage the people agenda to deliver business success.
    • Identify skills gaps and development needs in managers and deliver business-focused solutions to develop capability.
    • Drive a culture of high performance where talent is recognized, stretched, and poor performance managed.
    • Challenge team cultures and behaviors to ensure they are consistent with organizational culture.
    • Manage talent activities, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and offboarding.
    • Be the subject matter expert in employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, retention, and performance management.
    • Provide managers with advice and guidance through all HR cases and oversee to an outcome in a timely manner.
    • Manage the HR and Payroll platform and be an expert to support any queries.
    • Lead on group change programs and ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Business Development
    • Stay up-to-date on knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and its goals, objectives, and strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures and implement changes to drive business success.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, managers, and employees.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a sales or business development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business success.
