Our flagship product, IntelliPen, is a cutting-edge, web-based pensions and benefits administration system that integrates essential functionalities such as workflow management, data processing, payroll, and comprehensive reporting. Your expertise will help our esteemed clients navigate and utilize these features effectively.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to tailor our IntelliPen suite to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop specifications, and implement the necessary configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure the IntelliPen administration system to align with client specifications, including workflows, data maintenance, payroll processing, and reporting.
  • Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the customization process.
  • Provide ongoing communication with clients to obtain feedback and secure approval during the implementation phase.
  • Deliver training to clients on utilizing IntelliPen and its customized features, collaborating with our training team as necessary.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the software release and upgrade processes as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and clients to build trust and credibility.
  • Maintain accurate time records for project management purposes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software implementation.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing requirements.
  • Strong consultative approach with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts, including Excel macros.
