Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring our IntelliPen administration system to meet our clients' requirements, communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process, and customising software systems based on clients' individual needs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure IntelliPen administration system to meet client requirements, including workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll, data migrations, reports, and benefit calculations.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval.
  • Customise software systems based on clients' individual needs and specifications.
  • Support in the software release process when required.
  • Support in the software upgrade process when required.
  • Build credibility with team members and all internal and external clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing software systems.
  • Experience in the Payroll industry.
  • UK Legislative and statutory knowledge of payroll and payroll calculations.
  • Ability to run a payroll with knowledge or experience of HMRC PAYE Tax calculations, RTI, HMRC forms.
  • Experience of Balancing payroll.
  • Adaptable and agile.
  • Configuring or developing pensions or financial services software.
  • Microsoft - full Suite.
  • Managing databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Alternative programming knowledge, even if only from developing Excel macros or similar.
