About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Implementation Specialist to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our pension and implementation consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier implementation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver exceptional implementation services.
  • Follow established team standards, applying recommended practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements.
  • Partner closely with senior consultants to ensure projects progress seamlessly through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within pension areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Proven pension experience with strong technical knowledge.
  • A solid understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Experience with pension systems and databases.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team, with experience in project teams and adhering to instructions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
