About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Transformation Specialist to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our pension and implementation consulting team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of workplaces across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding implementation services for new clients, driving efficiency and excellence in pension scheme management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality pension services, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of pension systems and databases, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate complex pension concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
About You
  • Proven pension experience with strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Experience with pension systems and databases, with a proven ability to analyze and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
