About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Solutions Analyst to join our Client Success department at Procentia - Pensions Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to team members, peers, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Business Analysis and Process Improvement: Conduct business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level, focusing on quality improvement and data management.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in multiple projects, completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and expectations by using communication to keep others up-to-date on project results.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Produce required project analysis documentation, including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, and UAT plans.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers to implement requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process, and use clear and appropriate language to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least five years' experience of working as a Business Analyst in a financial services (ideally pensions), or IT environment.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience of leading and managing a business analyst team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge of our products or similar technology.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with all levels and types of stakeholders, including influencing skills, problem-solving, and solution design.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and work in an Agile way.
