About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that key business goals are understood and requirements are documented.

You will work closely with design, development, and test colleagues to deliver high-quality business solutions that address the needs of the business. This will involve participating in business and scrum/project meetings, leading other business analysts, and supporting projects through the development and testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead other business analysts to help develop the change strategy

Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, negotiate, and influence to drive necessary changes
  • Experience of working on medium to large-scale assignments
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of business analysis tools and techniques

  • Salary: national range £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
