We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to enhance our ERP platform's financial management features.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the platform meets user needs and supports business goals.
Senior Business Analyst (Accounting SaaS) - Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document their needs, particularly around financial management capabilities.
- Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and translating these into clear, actionable requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and use cases.
- Support the development and implementation of new features by ensuring that requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Assist in testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and analysis post-launch to ensure continuous improvement of the product.
Senior Business Analyst (Accounting SaaS) - Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the software or technology sector, with a focus on financial management or ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in creating user stories, process flows, and other business analysis artifacts.
- Willingness to travel for on-site meetings.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
