Business Analyst - SAP Retail Solutions

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at The Engage Partnership Ltd. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency through the implementation and optimization of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, with a focus on SAP-related processes and systems within the retail industry.
  • Process Analysis: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP landscape, specifically for retail-specific functions such as supply chain, merchandising, and store operations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from SAP data related to retail metrics (e.g., sales, inventory, customer behavior) and inform decision-making.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement SAP-based solutions that align with business objectives, considering the unique requirements of the retail industry.
  • Project Management: Contribute to SAP project planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on retail-specific implementations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including SAP subject matter experts and retail business leaders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP environment, specifically for retail-related processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis methodologies and techniques within the SAP context, with a preference for retail-specific implementations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and SAP-specific tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Knowledge of retail industry best practices and SAP solutions within the retail domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on SAP systems and preferably with retail industry experience.
