Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy team. As a founding member of the Office of the CEO, you will play a key role in providing actionable insights and recommendations to support our strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business and market analysis to support fundraising efforts and business strategy.
  • Develop strategic business plans, competitive analyses, business cases, and data-driven recommendations to our executives.
  • Collaborate with our business units, including sales and product management, on strategic and market research to help them achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the management of our company OKRs by tracking and analyzing company data.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in consulting or investment banking, 5+ years' experience in an internal strategy, business analytics, or market analysis team, or a mix of both.
  • Experience in (renewable) energy, climatetech, industrials, AI, and/or B2B tech.
  • Experience managing projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in business, economics, data analytics, or other analytical and/or market research focused field is a plus.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint presentations, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), and market research tools.
