As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the capabilities of our software to meet the specific needs of our esteemed clients. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients fully benefit from our award-winning solutions.

Your Role

The primary objective of this position is to tailor our IntelliPen suite to align with client requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients to gather their needs, develop specifications, and implement the necessary configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the IntelliPen administration system to fulfill client specifications, including workflows, data management interfaces, payroll systems, and reporting functionalities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide continuous communication throughout the customization process.
  • Educate clients on utilizing IntelliPen and its tailored features, collaborating with our training team as necessary.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for both client and internal use.
  • Assist in software release and upgrade processes as required.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and team members to foster collaboration and trust.
  • Maintain accurate time records for project management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software implementation.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing client needs.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High degree of numeracy and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with pensions or financial services software development.
