The Role

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring our IntelliPen suite to align with client specifications. Your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring our clients can maximize the benefits of our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the IntelliPen administration system to fulfill client requirements, including workflows, data management, and reporting.
  • Engage with clients to gather detailed requirements and provide ongoing communication throughout the customization process.
  • Educate clients on utilizing IntelliPen and its tailored features, collaborating with our training team as necessary.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support software release and upgrade processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate time records for project management.

  • Proven experience in implementing software systems.
  • Strong adaptability and agility in a dynamic environment.
  • Consultative approach with a focus on client needs.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High degree of numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL.
  • Familiarity with programming concepts, including developing Excel macros.
