Our flagship product, IntelliPen, is a cutting-edge, web-based system designed to streamline pensions and benefits administration, offering a comprehensive suite of functionalities including workflow management, payroll processing, and detailed reporting.
Your Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in configuring our IntelliPen suite to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your expertise will ensure that our clients can fully leverage the capabilities of our software, enhancing their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the IntelliPen administration system to align with client specifications, including workflows, data management, and reporting.
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide ongoing communication throughout the customization process.
- Educate clients on utilizing IntelliPen and its tailored features, collaborating with our training team as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation for both client use and internal processes.
- Support software release and upgrade processes as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients and team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Accurately record time and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementing software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
- High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
