- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and expectations, using communication to keep stakeholders up-to-date on project results.
- Project Management: Lead or participate in multiple projects, completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
- Process Design: Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes, conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.
- Requirements Gathering: Provide project-level analysis, producing required project analysis documentation, and collaborating closely with developers to implement requirements.
- Communication: Use clear and appropriate language to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, helping them to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and report to relevant stakeholders, ensuring that potential issues are mitigated and resolved.
- Team Development: Role model the business analyst role for others to emulate, proactively coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
- Experience: At least five years' experience of working as a Business Analyst in a financial services or IT environment, preferably in pensions or a similar field.
- Leadership: Proven experience of leading and managing a business analyst team, with a track record of delivering results and achieving business objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of pension administration software solutions or similar technology, with experience of requirements gathering and configuration.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience of working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
