Rental Income Recovery Specialist

Objective of the Role

The primary objective of this position is to support the provision of a proficient and effective rental income management service that meets established collection rates, consistently enhances customer satisfaction, serves legal notifications, and assists with any relevant inquiries.

You will be an integral part of an Accounts team dedicated to optimizing Purplebricks' revenue and achieving defined performance goals related to rent collection and arrears recovery while prioritizing customer support. You will be accountable for managing and maintaining an organized rent account within your designated portfolio.

  • ARLA Qualification – Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring assigned accounts to identify rent arrears and other housing debts.
  • Developing strategies to recover outstanding payments, including managing evictions when necessary.
  • Sending correspondence to pursue debts in accordance with our terms of service.
  • Providing daily rent account and system administration support to foster effective working relationships and ensure a collaborative service delivery approach.
  • Achieving monthly team and individual targets for income collection.
  • Delivering excellent customer service as part of a client service delivery team.
  • Processing insurance claims for rental arrears in alignment with policy terms.
