About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and Monitoring of Rent Arrears: You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring rent arrears, ensuring that targets and timescales are met.
  • Preparing Legal Action: You will prepare legal action, including the preparation and issue of NOSPS and preparation of papers for the Court Officer.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
